Nonprofit Leadership & Volunteer Strategy Gathering

Desert Foothills Volunteers is bringing together local non-profit leaders for a collaborative planning and information session focused on strengthening volunteer engagement across our community.

As volunteer needs grow and community demands increase, it’s more important than ever that we work together. This gathering is designed specifically for Executive Directors, Volunteer Coordinators, and non-profit leadership teams who want to be part of a bigger, more unified volunteer effort.

Desert Foothills Volunteers is actively marketing for new volunteers while also educating, motivating, and celebrating existing volunteers. But we can’t build a strong volunteer network alone — it takes collaboration.

During this session, we will:

  • Bring together nonprofits that want to participate in a unified community volunteer initiative
  • Gather key information from each organization to better understand the “big picture” of volunteerism in our area
  • Share the current vision for a coordinated community effort
  • Identify opportunities for partnership and growth
  • Surface potential challenges early so we can build smart solutions together
